AB This report collects End of Degree work under the modality of research project. It focuses onthe area of University teaching and seeks to explore the need the need to create apedagogical-didactic service available to teachers that contributes to improving the quality ofteaching-learning processes in university classrooms. For this, a research is carried out as anexploratory study for the creation of this service.This type of service helps the identification of problems that you can be presented to teachersin their educational task, and encourage its resolution. Equally, seeks improvement andprogress in aspects relating to the planning, development and educational innovation.The research process begins with a review of the Spanish public universities websites todetect or not, this type of service. Then, our care center focuses on the context of theUniversity of La Laguna: we conducted teacher surveys and interviews with those 5responsible for university teaching management to explore their opinion and preferencesregarding the creation of a service of this nature.
