RT info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis T1 Explorando los sentimientos de los docentes hacia su alumnado y sus pautas de interacción para estimular la competencia emocional A1 García Cabrera, Andrea K1 Educación emocional K1 Relaciones maestros-alumnos AB The three objectives of this study are to determine what are the predominant feelingsthat teachers experience towards their students and the students' perception of thesefeelings, to determine the interaction patterns for Emotional Education that teachers use intheir daily relationship With their students and contrast it with the students' point of view inthis respect, and to know to what degree both consider that it is necessary for teachers topractice these guidelines in their interaction with students. ivThe sample is made up of 264 students from 1st Secondary Education to 1st HighSchool Education and 24 teachers who are tutor of the courses taught at the institute. For thedata collection, two questionnaires were used, the first one explored the feelings that theteacher indicates to feel for his students, and in the case of the students, on the feelings thatthey believed that their tutor had to the class, the second one consisted of 14 questions onthe use of patterns of interaction for Emotional Education, and a last one that gathered theopinion on how necessary they think it is to apply these guidelines.The results of the first study showed that both teachers and students indicate that themost present feelings in the teaching staff are those of Love and Commitment. The secondstudy shows that teachers tend to respond by putting in practice a greater number ofguidelines, more frequently, than the students that the teachers do. Of course, both studentsand teachers indicate that it is quite necessary to use the interaction guidelines for EmotionalEducation.
