AB The aim of this work is focused on the study of the organizational support and therelationship between workers and the different activities that each working group of Proboscocentre do. In order to reach that, it has been used some different tools which measure the“mental load of work”, “health”, “gratification” and the “relationship with workers. Oncethese results have been analized, we realize that some different variables correlate betweenthem in a positive and negative way, as mental load variable, health, gratification and therelationship with workers. It has also been analized meaningful differences between workinggroups and the analized variables.
