Has always been present in schools inbetween parents and teachers. Traditionaly it was seen in a negative manner and itsexistance denied. But with time its positive value has been realized. Its better toconfront the conflicto and resolve it in a constructive manner.The ultimate goal of this work is to find if there is a different veiw about conflict and itssoluction inbetween parents and teachers. For that reason we have selected 22 familieswho atleast have one child in school.The results say there are differences but not meaningful, inbetween parents and teachersthe way they see conflict and it mediation. The mothers have a greater part in theirschool homework and a better relation with teachers. In spite of using different manners 4to confront the conflict and its solutions, there is no significant difference inbetween thetwo. They both show that they try to resolve it in a positive manner, seconded byavoidance and finally aggresion and both use the same order.
