AB Previous studies have verified the intervention of the left anteriortemporal lobe (ATL) as a center (hub) of semantic integration, specialized inlinking specific modal information of brain areas, to form coherent amodalrepresentations. This area has been explored with non-invasive techniques 2(tDCS) and the DRM paradigm, finding that the anodal stimulation on the leftATL produced an interference with the processes of semantic integration. Inorder to study the behavior of the right ATL and its involvement in semanticprocessing, an experiment was carried out with tDCS during the study of lists ofrelated words associatively and categorically with a critical word not presented.The results showed a lower false recognition in the associative lists comparedwith the categorical ones. These results seem to indicate that both ATL play adifferentiated role as a center (hub) of integration specialized in semanticprocessing.
