AB The present end-of-Master´s project aims to develop a website for themanagement of human resources 2.0. of the Farfallina´s company, a fictitioustextile enterprise, which has been invented with the purpose of exemplifying the 4advantages that can be obtained by digitizing the management of the humanresources of a company and making them visible from the network.In this way, this end-of-Master´s project has been divided into two parts.In the first part I research about enterprises 2.0. and the pros and cons of the useof new technologies in the management of human resources, and their impact onthe quality of working life of employees. On the other hand, the second part ofthis project consists of the development of a corporate website for humanresources management, which proposes a strategy to get a better quality ofworking life in the organization, taking as a basis of all previous research.
