AB In the present project is suggested a selection process for a workstation ofPersonnel Manager in a hotel chain, with the objective of cover the vacancy.The sample was composed by the current occupier. To elaborate the selectionprocess it was conducted a previous job analysis, using the techniques of jobdescription and job profile diagram, and obtaining the information through anindividual interview, job observation and an online workstations database calledO*NET. By means of the results, it was elaborated a selection process thatconsist in four phases and in which was proposed the use of interviews,knowledge tests and CompeTea questionnaire.
