AB This Master's Degree thesis focuses on the implementation of ananalysis and job description together with the presentation of an internalpromotion design based on a competency management model. The positionanalysed, as well as the proposal of internal promotion to be developed, aims tocover two vacancies for the post of Platform Supervisor for the ContactelTeleservicios S.A. company.This work outlines the methods of information collection, the techniquesused and the result of the analysis of the position carried out by the studentduring the time worked on the training course in the company. Knowing thecharacteristics and requirements of the position, the design of each of thestages of the recruitment and internal selection process based on competenciesis presented, a selective proposal that also includes the tests to be applied andtheir evaluation tools.
