AB The aim of this work is to analyse the opinion of the socio-labor guidancecounselors about the intercultural competence dimensions, knowledge, habilities andattitudes and beliefs, both in domain and in importance to the profession for laterreflection on the need to elaborate proposal for intercultural education in professionalsof the Psicopedagogy, as the Guidance Counselors.To that end, a study has been carried out through the completion of aquestionnaire by 24 socio-labor guidance counselors working in the non gubernamentalorganizations (NGOs): Red Cross, Caritas, CEAR and Fundación Ataretaco with theintention of gathering direct information from the professionals for further analysis.
