AB Panadería y Pastelería Las Arenas, S.L. is an organization dedicated to themanufacture and distribution of products of bakery, pastry shop and pastry cook'sshop. From a personal interview and a diary of work, there has been realized ananalysis of four positions of the department of central production for the goals of theorganization as well as an offer of evaluation of the performance based on aspectsrelated with to the quality of the product and of the service. The object of this workis to increase the efficiency of the organization, as well as to settle the own problems ivof the workers, detected in the analysis of such positions as the high level of stressor the sensation of limited rest of the workers.
