El objetivo del trabajo ha sido conocer el estado de los planes de formación permanente para el profesorado de ESO y Bachillerato del área de Ciencias Sociales. De acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos se desprende la necesidad de mejorar los planes formativos, debido a que su grado de implantación es prácticamente inexistente.
The objective of the work has been to know the state of the plans of permanent formation for the teaching staff of ESO and Bachillerato of the area of Social Sciences. According to the results obtained, it is clear that there is a need to improve the training plans, due to the fact that their level of implementation is virtually nonexistent.
