Modelo comprensivo para la institucionalización de la orientación y la tutoría en la enseñanza universitaria

Abstract

Los sistemas de orientación y tutoría universitaria han empezado a cobrar una especial relevancia, al contemplarse como un importante criterio y requisito de calidad, que será valorado en los procesos de verificación y acreditación de los títulos de grado y postrado que se implanten en los próximos años. Debido a esta exigencia y a las necesidades que se deben atender en todo el conjunto de la enseñanza superior, es por lo que se hace necesaria la propuesta de estrategias que permitan la implantación e institucionalización de planes de orientación y tutoría en cada centro universitario. En este artículo se define un modelo comprensivo de orientación y tutoría organizado en torno a una estructura ramificada en distintos niveles que haga posible, a partir de unas directrices generales, concretar en cada centro y/o facultad programas de asesoramiento que se ajusten a las nuevas exigencias formativas y a las necesidades que se viven en el contexto de la enseñanza superior.

Due to this exigency and the needs that must be attended in the whole set of the higher education, it is by what it becomes necessary the offer of strategies that allow the implantation and institutionalization of plans of guidance and tutorial in every university center. In this article there is defined a comprehensive model of guidance and tutorial organized around a structure branched out in different levels who makes possible, from a few general directives, to make concrete in every center and / or faculty you programme of advice that they adjust to the new requirements formative and to the needs that they live in the frame of the higher education.
