Instalaciones industriales para centro comercial

Abstract

El objetivo del presente trabajo de fin de Máster consiste en la realización de un proyecto de instalaciones industriales para un centro comercial de pequeño tamaño. Las instalaciones a proyectar son: eléctricas (media y baja tensión), protección contra incendios, fontanería y saneamiento, producción de agua caliente sanitaria, climatización y ventilación. El centro comercial comprende un recinto principal, donde estarán la mayoría de los establecimientos comerciales, un recinto anexo que albergará un concesionario de coches, y la zona de aparcamiento exterior y accesos. La realización de los planos se desarrollará en entorno BIM, con el uso del software Autodesk® REVIT.

The purpose of this master’s degree final project is to perform all the industrial installations for a small shopping center. The installations to consider are: electrical (medium and low voltage), fire protection, plumbing and sanitation, sanitary hot water, air conditioning and ventilation. The shopping center has a main building, where most of the establishments will stand, an annexed enclosure that will have a car dealership, and the outdoor parking area and road access. The production of the drawings will be developed in BIM environment, with use of Autodesk® REVIT.
