Los sentidos en la educación artística. Experiencia a través del tatuaje

Abstract

En este trabajo se propone un estudio de las relaciones entre los sentidos y el aprendizaje artístico. Como objetivo se propone realizar un ejercicio de investigación sobre este campo sensorial dentro de la enseñanza artística y plantear una actividad innovadora que incorpore en las metodologías de trabajo, los sentidos, como herramienta para fomentar la motivación por el aprendizaje. En la investigación llevada a cabo, tras hacer un breve recorrido de la educación artística a lo largo de la historia, se muestra, bajo un análisis sensorial, una exposición tanto de diferentes enfoques teóricos en la educación artística como de experiencias didácticas que han llevado a la práctica estos diferentes enfoques. Se elabora un estudio de diferentes artistas de la reciente historia estableciendo la relación existente entre su obra, las distintas metodologías educadoras más innovadoras y la práctica sensorial puesta en práctica por ellos. Las reflexiones originadas a través de este trabajo de investigación y estudio desencadenaron en el planteamiento de una actividad que tuviera un estrecho vínculo artístico sensorial como es el tatuaje en la que se ha buscado fomentar el aprendizaje a partir de experiencias sensoriales personales. Una vez finalizada la actividad práctica de tatutaje se ha podido comprobar que a través de los sentidos existe la posibilidad real de establecer una conexión con los objetivos a lograr de tal forma que aquellos consiguen reactivar la motivación del alumnado por la adquisición de conocimientos

In this work a study of the relationships between the senses and artistic learning is proposed. As an objective, it is proposed to carry out a research exercise on this sensory field within the artistic education and to propose an innovative activity that incorporates in the working methodologies, the senses, as a tool to promote the motivation for learning. In the research carried out, after making a brief tour of the artistic education throughout history, it is shown, under a sensorial analysis, an exhibition of different theoretical approaches in the artistic education as well as of didactic experiences that have led to practice these different approaches. A study of different artists of the recent history is elaborated establishing the existing relationship between their work, the different innovative educational methodologies and the sensory practice put into practice by them. The reflections originated through this work of investigation and study triggered in the approach of an activity that had a close sensory artistic link as it is the tattoo in which it has sought to encourage learning from personal sensory experiences. Once the practical activity of tattooing has been completed, it has been possible to verify that through the senses there is a real possibility of establishing a connection with the objectives to be achieved in such a way that they manage to reactivate the students' motivation for the acquisition of knowledge.
