Jubilación anticipada.

Abstract

The Final Degree Proyect has a main objective to analyze and to explain the different variants of anticipated retirement, with their respective charasteristics of each of them. Starting first by the analysis and differentation of the concepts “old age” and retirement. This will allow us to define the object to be develop during the exhibition. Continuing with a brief review of the historical evolution of Social Security from the beginninng to the present. This way we observe the process that has reached the current anticipated retirement. After delimiting and reviewing the evolution of Social Security, the essential point is reached, which would be based on the analisys of each of the anticipated retirement variants, with their different characteristics between each of them accompanied by different resolutions that will allow us the scope of the regulations. And we will conclude with the consequences of charging for the provision of anticipated retirement.

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como objetivo principal analizar y explicar las distintas variantes de la jubilación anticipada, con sus respectivas características de cada una de ellas. Comenzando primero con el análisis y la diferenciación de los conceptos “vejez” y “jubilación”. Así nos permitirá delimitar el objeto que vamos a desarrollar durante la exposición. Continuando con un breve repaso de la evolución histórica de la Seguridad Social desde sus comienzos hasta la actualidad; así observamos el proceso que ha llegado a la actual jubilación anticipada. Después de delimitar y repasar la evolución de la Seguridad Social llegamos al punto esencial del trabajo, que se basaría en el análisis de cada una de las variantes de jubilación anticipada, con sus distintas características entre cada una de ellas, acompañas con distintas resoluciones que nos permitirán el ámbito de aplicación de la normativa. Y finalizaremos con las consecuencias que tiene el cobro de la de la prestación de la jubilación anticipada.
