El impacto de la automatización en el mundo laboral.

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de fin de grado se pretende abordar la temática del impacto de la tecnología en el mundo del trabajo. Se analizará esta temática desde los diferentes ámbitos que conforman el mundo laboral (sindicatos y patronales, la evolución de los diferentes sectores, el futuro del trabajo), en cuanto a la evolución de los trabajos y cuanto ha afectado en el número de puestos de trabajo en Europa y especialmente en España. A su vez se, muestra una gran discusión social sobre si la automatización genera o elimina trabajo, dado que la tecnología es bastante impredecible, y a su vez, mostrar aquellos lugares o sectores a los que más está afectando esta tendencia en cuanto al número de ocupados, haciéndose innegable reconocer que la tecnología está cambiando el mundo del trabajo. Por lo tanto, estudiaremos los nuevos modos de trabajo y a su vez aquellos trabajos que se pueden ver más afectados por esta nueva sociedad de trabajo tecnológico. Además, observaremos los nuevos tipos de relaciones laborales que están emergiendo así como las novedosas formas de organizar el trabajo.

In this project, we intend to address the issue of the impact of technology in the world of work. In this project, this theme will be analyzed from different areas that make up the labor world (trade unions and employers, the evolution of different sectors, the future of work), in terms of the evolution of jobs and how much it has affected the number of positions working in Europe and especially in Spain. At the same time, there is a great social discussion about whether automation generates or eliminates work, since technology is quite unpredictable, and in turn, show those places or sectors that are most affected by this trend in terms of the number of employees, making it undeniable to recognize that technology is changing the world of work. Therefore, we will study the new ways of working and in turn those jobs that may be most affected by this new technological work society, in addition, we will observe the new types of labor relations that are appearing in this technological society of work and ways of Organize work.
