The main objective of carrying out this project is to sum up all the knowledges
adquired in the Mechanical Engineering Degree and to finish this studies. The project’s
scope includes the building of an industrial bay, which is going to be used as a car park
building.
In order to achieve the aim described above, structures and foundation of the building
have been designed and calculated, as well as the interior layout, to provide the most
optimum distribution of parking lots and driving lanes.
Plumbing and sanitation installations are not concern of this project.
To make possible the execution of the building, a budget has been established as well
as a series of plans have been well defined.
Different legal provisions concerning the different aspects of the project have been
applied and a series of computer programs and software have been used to carry out the project.
