Análisis del Juego y Género en la Edad Preescolar (3 a 6 años)

Abstract

En este trabajo se revisa las relaciones del juego infantil y el género entre los 3 a los 6 años. Debido al confinamiento por el Covid-19 no se ha podido consultar ninguna bibliografía de manera presencial, sino de manera telemática, a través de los recursos disponibles tanto de la ULL, como de Dialnet y PuntoQ. La temática se ha clasificado en tres partes complementarias: contexto cultural, contexto educativo y contexto familiar, y en dos periodos históricos: antecedentes hasta el siglo XX inclusive, y en la actualidad, que abarca las dos décadas del presente siglo XXI. Se ha encontrado que, aproximadamente el 75% de los autores, en los antecedentes del estudio del juego infantil y el género, no mencionan en sus investigaciones directamente al género femenino, sino que engloban ambos sexos solo en el género masculino. En la bibliografía de este siglo XXI, sí aparece muchas más veces la distinción entre el género del niño y de la niña cuando se estudia y analiza su juego. Podemos concluir que, el ámbito del juego y sobre todo del género, ha evolucionado a lo largo del tiempo favorablemente, tal y como queda reflejado en este trabajo.

This paper reviews the connotation of child play and gender between 3 to 6 years of age. Due to the Covid-19 confinement, it was not possible to consult any bibliography in person, but telematically, through the resources available both from the ULL, Dialnet and PuntoQ. The theme has been classified into three complementary parts: cultural context, educational context and family context, and in two historical periods: antecedents up to and including the record up until 20th century, and the present, which embraces the two decades of this 21st century. It has been found that approximately 75% of the authors, in the background of the study of children's play and gender, do not mention the female gender directly in their research, but include both sexes only in the male gender. In the bibliography of this 21st century, the distinction between the male and female gender does appear many more times when studying and analyzing their play. We can conclude that, the scope of the game and especially of the genre, has evolved over time favorably, as reflected in this work.
