La gamificación: una revisión sistemática y proyecto innovador con relación a la motivación y percepción subjetiva del esfuerzo

2020Abstract
La presente investigación pretende cuestionar los modelos tradicionales de la Educación
Física basados en la estandarización de los aprendizajes y la repercusión que los modelos
emergentes, específicamente la Gamificación, pueden tener en la motivación del alumnado.
Este proyecto consta de una metodología mixta, donde en una primera fase se realiza una
revisión sistemática de 11 artículos publicado en Web of Science, Scopus y Google Schoolar.
La segunda fase consiste en una experiencia innovadora con el propósito de potenciar la
motivación intrínseca del alumnado respecto a las clases de Educación Física, así como,
establecer qué relación pueda existir entre la motivación y la percepción subjetiva del
esfuerzo (RPE). La muestra consta de dos grupos de 1º de la ESO de 31 alumnos (n=62), un
grupo de control y un grupo experimental. Para conocer la percepción del alumnado acerca
de estas características se utilizo un cuestionario especifico de motivación, mientras que para
la RPE se utilizo la escala de Borg modificada. Los resultados de la revisión sistemática
muestran que el modelo de Gamificación refuerza la motivación en el alumnado, mientras
que la aplicación práctica no se ha podido llevar a cabo por la actual situación de pandemia
que vivimos (Covid-19). Finalmente, podemos concluir que la Gamificación es un modelo
que suscita la motivación del alumnado en cualquier contexto y nivel educativo.
