Aplicación web para la evaluación y planificación de menús escolares

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido, desde un principio, diseñar e implementar un prototipo de sistema informático que realice un análisis estadístico descriptivo con el que apoyarse para evaluar estadísticamente la satisfacción de los alumnos con los menús que se sirven en los comedores escolares, todo ello, con el reto de conocer de primera mano sus gustos y, a su vez, lograr invertir la tendencia negativa hacia la obesidad infantil. Para ello, primero se ha estudiado el estado actual del tema. Analizando diferentes artículos, para conocer la situación, y aplicaciones existentes en el mercado; luego, se ha diseñado el prototipo a desarrollar y se han escogido las tecnologías para implementar el aplicación web, como Flexbox o JavaScript para el front-end y back-end respectivamente. A continuación, se ha procedido a realizar el diseño, que permite a los coordinadores añadir nuevos menús, asignarlos a los diferentes comensales para que los evalúen y, posteriormente, establecer las conclusiones correspondientes con los datos obtenidos. Por último, se ha revisado y validado punto a punto el programa mediante la ejecución de pruebas en el sistema con una muestra piloto.

The objective of this work has been from the beginning to design and implement a computer system prototype that performs a descriptive statistical analysis with which to rely to statistically evaluate student satisfaction with the meals served in school canteens, all with the challenge of knowing first-hand their tastes and, at the same time, reverse the negative trend towards childhood obesity.
