El contrato a tiempo parcial en España.

Abstract

This work the primary objective is to analyze how employment affects personal life, hoy the part-time contract affects and the relevance that this implies in terms of the transformation that the country implies constantly, ranging from economic crises to the last setback that we have suffered with the Coronavirus pandemic.. for this, we analyze the main characteristics gender, an important and fundamental point to understand the concept that existes regarding work life balance and this type of hiring, which each it is more latent in our country.

El objetivo primario o principal de este trabajo es analizar la figura del contrato a tiempo parcial y su incidencia en el mercado de empleo en general y, en particular, en la vida personal de los ciudadanos, y la relevancia que esto supone en cuanto a la transformación constante que implica en el país, sobre todo en el periodo más reciente de este, desde la pasada crisis económica hasta el último varapalo sufrido con la emergencia sanitaria y consecuencias de la pandemia del Coronavirus. Para ello analizaremos las características principales del contrato y del empleo a tiempo parcial en España, y su vinculación o incidencia en el concepto y evolución de conciliación laboral y familiar, siendo este tipo de contratación cada vez más relevante en este sentido en nuestro país.
