Haciendo camino al andar: Proyecto profesionalizador para menores trans en régimen de acogimiento residencial.

Abstract

Este TFG de ámbito profesionalizador demanda la figura de la pedagoga/o, en base a su perfil, como fundamental en los Centro de Edades Verticales para el diseño y planificación de acciones educativas que favorezcan la integración y el desarrollo completo de los menores en régimen de acogimiento residencial. A demanda de la institución receptora se ha elaborado un protocolo de acogida de jóvenes trans en respuesta a la legislación vigente y con la intención de ampliar la respuesta en atención a la diversidad y al respeto a la identidad sexual. El objeto es poder cubrir las necesidades que estos/as menores trans poseen y garantizar su integración en un ambiente fomentado por el respeto y la empatía. Para ello se ha interiorizado el protocolo a todos y todas los/as agentes educativos existentes en el CEV !La Cuesta” perteneciente a la Asociación Solidaria Mundo Nuevo, por lo que todo el equipo educativo, los/as iguales y ampliamente los Servicios Insular de Atención Especializada de Infancia y familia (SIAEIF) serán protagonistas y responsables de su buen uso y de los objetivos previstos a cumplir. La creación de dicho protocolo viene dado y justificado por la presente ley trans pendiente de aprobación y por todos aquellos derechos pertenecientes al/la menor, aumentando así la estigmatización debido a que se trata de un colectivo en riesgo por declaración de desamparo, incrementando por tanto sus posibilidades de ser en el transcurso de la vida, un sujeto más de exclusión.

This Final Degree Project of occupational field claims the pedagogue’s figure (according to his/her profile), as a core element in the Center of Vertical Ages for the design and planning of educational actions that favor the integration and complete development of minors in residential placement regime. A protocol for the reception of trans young people has been prepared in response to current legislation by demand of the receiving institution, and with the intention of expanding the response in attention to diversity and respect towards sexual identity. The objective is to be able to cover the needs that these minors have and to guarantee their integration in a respectful and empathic environment. To be able to do this the protocol has been internalized to all the existing educational agents in the CEV “La Cuesta”, which belongs to the Asociación Solidaria Mundo Nuevo, so that all the educational team, the minors and widely the Servicios Insulares de Atención Especializada de Infancia y Familia Insular (Services of Specialized Family and Childhood Assistance), will be the main characters and responsible for its proper use and the objectives to be met. This protocol’s creation is determined and justified by this trans law pending approval and by all those rights belonging to the minor, thus increasing this way the stigmatization due to their situation of being a group at risk because of an abandonment declaration. Therefore, this makes them more vulnerable to being excluded subjects during their lifes.
