Abstract

Job insecurity is one of the most worrying issues among Spanish youth. Most of them invest in education to work in what they have studied. In this case, health workers who are introducing to the industry are not welcomed by the system: precarious contracts, instant liquidations, inhuman schedules, among other aspects that condition the professional future of many and many. This Final Degree Project promotes the design intervention in social issues, bringing to the table the knowledge and graphic-informative skills to make society aware of this uncomfortable situation. It is necessary to represent graphically what the working conditions are, how their knowledge is turned off within the system itself and how they feel psycho-emotionally

La precariedad laboral es uno de los temas más preocupantes dentro de la juventud española. Muchos destinan su dinero y su tiempo en formación para, posteriormente, no conseguir dedicarse a lo que han estudiado. En este caso, los principiantes sanitarios, no son bien recibidos al sistema: contratos basura, liquidaciones inmediatas, horarios inhumanos, entre otros aspectos que condicionan el futuro profesional de muchos y muchas. Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado promueve la intervención del diseño en aspectos sociales, poniendo en la mesa los conocimientos y habilidades gráficas y divulgativas necesarias para concienciar a la población de una situación problemática. Es necesario representar gráficamente cuáles son las condiciones laborales actuales de los trabajadores, cómo sus conocimientos son desviados dentro del propio sistema y, además, cómo se sientes psicoemocionalmente hablando.
