dc.description.abstract | This End-of-Degree Project addresses the most relevant and important characteristics to publicize Autism Spectrum Disorder, focused mainly on the Primary Education stage. Therefore, this review will focus on the educational field to structure and strengthen the concepts related to this disorder, to know the most common symptoms, the causes that originate it and how they can later manifest, starting from the areas that most difficulty generates the students in their development, both social and linguistic as well as communicative. Throughout the work, the most common etiological models that explain the causes of autism, the explanatory models to understand its evolution and the prevalence of ASD cases in an educational setting will be briefly summarized. With all this, it is intended to define learning needs of the students, starting from the idea of knowing that must be taken into account in a center to cover all the needs that it manifests, emphasizing the involvement and training of teachers, specialists and families in this process as well as the tools to know how to diagnose an ASD case in an ordinary classroom from the point of view of a teacher, allowing people with ASD to develop in their closest environment in the most meaningful, productive and independent possible. | en |
