Transformación de un furgón comercial a un furgón vivienda

Abstract

This Project tries to make all the modifications to convert a van in a road legal Camper van. Nowadays, the way of use our free time become as a treasure that we can’t waste doing simple things. One of the most popular hobbies that the people usually have, is travelling around the world or simply go to a different place that they used to live, in search of “fresh air” on holidays or to disconnect from their daily routine. In this pass year we have been able to see how the sector grows up due to the closuer of hotels and lockdowns in almost all the world. Camper vans, motorhomes and touring caravan became popular, allowing the people to move around, changing theirs residences and make the things that they used to do on holidays. Knowing that not all the people travel in the same way (someone looks for residences near the beach and others love to travel to the mountain to go hiking, skiing, snowing or kayaking downstream), this project tries to optimize and maximize the space in it, making an affordable van conversion with various installations inside such a: electricity, solar power, shower, sink, hot/cold water, deposits of clean and used water, wardrobes, lights, … Searching the polyvalence on the conversion made. The base that I have chosen to make this conversion is a Fiat Ducato Multijet L3-H2 (where the L makes reference to long, in this case almost six meters long and H makes references to tall, overcoming the two meters and a half for a few centimeters). I choose this vehicle because I think that it is the ideal minimum size to travel with guarantees that “nothing had been left down” when trip is about to start. This van allows you to spend time stand up if you are not taller than one meter and ninety centimeters. Being this for me very important, because on other tiny vans, don’t allows you to spent time stand on it and you always are walking crouched. Probably making the difference of confortability from other vans.

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo realizar el diseño interior, mobiliario, así como la selección de elementos para convertir un furgón comercial en furgón vivienda siguiendo toda la normativa vigente por la que se rigen las presentes homologaciones. Hoy en día la manera de emplear el tiempo libre se ha vuelto un bien preciado que no podemos malgastar realizando acciones rutinarias. Uno de los hobbies más usuales suele ser el de viajar alrededor del mundo o simplemente descubrir nuevos lugares lejos de dónde se resida, con el fin de buscar algo de aire fresco en sus vacaciones o que le haga olvidar la rutina del día a día. En este pasado año, hemos visto como de manera desproporcionada ha crecido el comercio de ventas de Caravanas, Autocaravanas y Campers, debido al cierre de numerosos hoteles y viviendas vacacionales en casi todo el mundo. El sector se ha vuelto popular entre la sociedad actual cambiando su manera de viajar y las actividades que se realizan durante el mismo. Partiendo de que no todo el mundo viaja de la misma manera (unos buscan residencias cercanas a la playa, otras personas aman la montaña y los deportes que se pueden practicar en ella…) este proyecto trata de optimizar y maximizar el espacio interior del furgón, realizando una reforma asequible para cualquier bolsillo con instalaciones que hagan una estancia cómoda en ella, como electricidad, fontanería, saneamiento, ACS, generación solar, entre otras. Buscando la polivalencia de uso entre el público potencial de adquisición de la misma. La base seleccionada para llevar a cabo el presente proyecto ha sido la de una Fiat Ducato L3H2 (donde el largo hace referencia al formato 3 de carrocería- casi 6m de largo -y el alto al 2- 2,54m). He seleccionado este vehículo ya que considero que es el mejor formato para viajar con todo el equipaje que se necesita a bordo, permitiendo pasar estancias de pie, aspecto muy importante para aumentar el confort de la estancia que otros furgones de altura baja no permiten sin la necesidad de caminar agachado a lo largo del vehículo.
