Bioderecho: inicio y fin de la vida.

Abstract

In this essay we are going to address the biolaw in the beginning and in the end of life, it´s a reality that is full actuality. The law regulates the society and changes with it, adapting new social realities to a new legal regulation. The society´s perception about this topics has changed, taking precedence the individual autonomy of each person. To be able to analyse and understand all these changes, we must know the concepts of biolaw, bioethic and others sciences capable to help us to understand the changes that our legal system is suffering. This essay is about reproductive cloning and euthanasia from many legal perspectives, specifically in relation to individual and collective religious freedom.

En este trabajo vamos a tratar de bioderecho refiriéndonos al inicio y al final de la vida, es una realidad que está de plena actualidad. El derecho regula la sociedad y cambia con ella, adaptando la realidad social a una nueva regulación jurídica. La percepción de la sociedad sobre estos temas ha cambiado, primando la autonomía individual de cada persona. Para poder analizar y entender todos estos cambios debemos conocer los conceptos de bioderecho, bioética y las demás ciencias capaces de ayudarnos a entender los cambios que se están produciendo en nuestro ordenamiento jurídico. Este trabajo versa sobre la clonación reproductiva y sobre la eutanasia desde diversas perspectivas jurídicas, concretamente en relación a la libertad religiosa individual y colectiva.
