Las Federaciones deportivas ante el derecho administrativo (en especial, la Federación de Fútbol)

Abstract

This paper deals with the administrative law that applies to sports federations, with special emphasis on the Real Federación Española de Fútbol. It analyzes the role played by administrative law in sports in our country, through the Sports Act ("Ley del Deporte") and its regulations. It is a great way to observe how the intervention of the Administration in the regulated sectors of social life is, little by little, more restrictive with the private will of the parties, the sports federations being an example of it, in particular; and the sport, in general, as those are the pillars on which the sport act is based.

Este trabajo trata de las federaciones deportivas ante el derecho administrativo, haciendo especial hincapié en la Real Federación Española de Fútbol. Se analiza qué papel juega el derecho administrativo en el deporte de nuestro país, a través de la Ley del Deporte y su normativa de desarrollo. Es una forma de observar cómo la intervención de la Administración en los sectores regulados de la vida social es, poco a poco, más restrictiva con la voluntad privada de las partes, sirviendo como ejemplo las federaciones deportivas, de forma particular, y el deporte, de forma general, siendo aquellas pilares en los que se sustenta la materia deportiva.
