La responsabilidad social corporativa y el trabajo social.

Abstract

La Responsabilidad Social Corporativa es un movimiento empresarial, mediante el cual, las empresas buscan implementar acciones éticamente responsables y socialmente sostenibles en sus políticas y gestiones a través de las cuales buscan convertirse en empresas socialmente responsables, que además de tener como objetivos la consecución de sus metas económicas y empresariales, buscan la realización de acciones sociales, que permitan el alcance del bienestar social, además de mitigar el deterioro de los ecosistemas lo mejor posible por el impacto que generan sobre el medio y su correcta conservación. En el presente escrito, se ha relacionado esta forma de actuar de las empresas con la disciplina del Trabajo Social, ya que, por sus características y conocimientos, esta profesión se considera idónea en este ámbito como mediadora con las personas que forman parte de una empresa. La revisión bibliográfica que se presenta en este trabajo tiene como fin último mostrar la relación existente entre el Trabajo Social y el mundo de la empresa privada, incluyendo así las funciones que un trabajador social desempeña en una determinada empresa. También cabe destacar como objetivo, el afán de este trabajo por reflejar la nueva salida profesional que supone el trabajo social empresarial vinculado con la Responsabilidad Social.

Corporate Social Responsibility is a business movement, through which companies seek to implement ethically responsible and socially sustainable actions in their policies and procedures through which they seek to become socially responsible companies, which in addition to having as objectives the achievement of their economic and business goals, seek to carry out social actions that allow the achievement of social welfare, in addition to mitigating the deterioration of ecosystems as best as possible due to the impact they generate on the environment and their correct conservation. In this writing, this way of acting of companies has been related to the discipline of Social Work, since, due to its characteristics and knowledge, this profession is considered ideal in this area as a mediator with the people who are part of a company. . The bibliographic review presented in this work has as its ultimate goal to show the relationship between Social Work and the world of private enterprise, thus including the functions that a social worker performs in a certain company. It is also worth noting as an objective, the desire of this work to reflect the new professional opportunity that business social work involves linked to Social Responsibility.
