Dar visibilidad a las mujeres en la etapa Educación Infantil

Abstract

El objetivo de este TFG es trabajar desde el ámbito educativo, específicamente desde la etapa de Educación Infantil, la igualdad de género desde edades tempranas, ya que tenemos la necesidad de conseguir una igualdad real. Aunque existen leyes a favor de la igualdad, la realidad es otra, pues no se lleva a la práctica, nos encontramos con que los adultos trasmitimos valores culturales de manera inconsciente (curriculum oculto) donde seguimos manteniendo desigualdades y normalizándolas. Como futuros y futuras docentes hemos de concienciarnos que somos modelos a seguir y por lo tanto trasmisores, no solo de conocimientos sino también de valores. Con este trabajo pretendo dar visibilidad a figuras femeninas del S. XVII, fomentando la coeducación, trabajando mediante la igualdad de sexos, no discriminando, mostrando lo importante que es la diversidad y la educación en igualdad.

The purpose of this TFG is to work the educational field, specifically from the stage of early chidhood education, gender equality from an early age, since we have the need to achieve real equality. Although there are laws in favor of equality, reality is different, because it is not implemented, we find that we as adults, unconsciously, transmit cultural values (hidden curriculum) where we continue to maintain inequalities and normalize them. As future teachers we need to become aware that we are role models and therefore transmitters, not only of knoweledge but also of values. With this work I intend to give visibility to female figures of the 17th century, promoting coeducation,working through gender equality, not discriminating, showing how important diversity and equality education is.
