material manipulativo diverso. In this Final Degree Project (FDP), geometry activities are developed and evaluated for
two children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), one of them with Autism Spectrum
Disorder (ASD) and the other with Intellectual Disability (ID), both following the
curriculum of 1st year of Primary Education. The objective is to know their achievements
and difficulties related to plane geometry. In the first part of the FDP, a background
review is carried out on the subject of study and in the second part, the activities and their
evaluation are described. The students proved to be at an initial level of geometric
knowledge, as they identified, named and drew the figures. The interest in the material
indicated the importance of working geometry with diverse manipulative material.
