Diario de viaje de Caenlinnar

Abstract

The goal of this project is to create a travel diary about a fantasy word, in which we explore its lore, races, religion and nature. The idea for it to be a visual aid, to be used in a future webcomic or videogame that takes place on the same world. In this sense, this project is made to be a double challenge, in one hand it’s made to follow a digital style that will be more developed on the future project, on the other hand it follows the drawing style and quality that we would get if we took notes from nature, reinforcing the travel diary format that this work is made to be.

La finalidad de este proyecto es crear un cuaderno de viaje sobre un mundo fantástico, que refleje las costumbres, razas, religión y naturaleza que podríamos encontrar en él. Está pensado como un pequeño acompañamiento a un futuro webcómic o videojuego cuya trama se desarrollará en el mismo mundo creado. En este sentido, este libro responde al reto de mantener una doble coherencia: por un lado, con la gramática digital en la que se desarrollará en el futuro el proyecto, y por otro, con la plástica del dibujo de apunte del natural hecho a mano que refuerce la necesaria concordancia con el formato de cuaderno de viaje que se plantea en este trabajo.
