The framework of this analysis aimed at the transition between university and the workplace. This study has a double purpose: to analyze the level of development of the cooperation and networking competence at the end of the university experience, as well as to identify if there is awareness of its need. For this analysis, a 360º skills assessment process has been carried out with 434 students from two countries (Spain and Mexico). The results show that women from both universities (Spain and Mexico), and Mexican students (female and male) have greater development in this competence, although in both cases we observed a poor performance
