Ensoñaciones cotidianas

Abstract

This final degree project includes the creative process of a sculptural proposal that, dealing with various metaphysical aspects, tries to incorporate a narrative language in the pieces conveyed through the figuration of the human body. The two pieces presented are part of a series of three, in which we have explored the possibilities of the different materials when it comes to achieving forms that, although recognizable, manage to challenge the viewer through estrangement as a distorting element of reality. The reverie, as a source of inspiration and also context in which narrative of the works, is about demonstrating in the figures lengthening certain aspects of them, and exploring the limits of the framework of the representation configured in an architectural way

Este trabajo de fin de grado recoge el proceso creativo de una propuesta escultórica que, tratando de diversos aspectos metafísicos, busca incorporar un lenguaje narrativo en las piezas vehiculadas a través de la figuración del cuerpo humano. Las dos piezas presentadas forman parte de una serie de tres, en la que hemos explorado las posibilidades de los distintos materiales a la hora de conseguir formas que, aunque reconocibles, consiguen interpelar al espectador a través del extrañamiento en tanto que elemento deformador de la realidad. La ensoñación, como fuente de inspiración y también contexto en el que, lo narrativo de las obras, trata de demostrar en las figuras alargando ciertos aspectos de las mismas, y explorando los límites del marco de la representación configurado de manera arquitectónica.
