Derecho a la salud

Abstract

Haciendo referencia al tema del Trabajo Fin de Grado del Derecho de la Salud, el objetivo es hablar sobre la importancia que tiene la salud hoy en día para todas las personas, los orígenes históricos de la Salud, las ventajas e inconvenientes y las características más importantes dentro del sector de la Sanidad y por supuesto de la Seguridad Social en torno a España. Por otra parte, haré un breve estudio comentando los 2 tipos de sanidades diferentes a las que acceden los ciudadanos para beneficiarse para su bienestar, la primera es la sanidad pública y la segunda es la sanidad privada, luego también de los requisitos que se necesitan para abrir un centro médico y las funciones a desempeñar en éste. Por supuesto que lo último de lo que hablaré será en relación a la Seguridad Social en torno a España que está vinculado a la Sanidad.

Referring to the theme of the Final Degree Project on Health Law, the objective is to talk about the importance of health today for all people, the historical origins of Health, the advantages and disadvantages and the most important characteristics within the Health sector and of course Social Security around Spain. On the other hand, I will make a brief study commenting on the 2 different types of healthcare to which citizens have access to benefit for their well-being, the first is public healthcare and the second is private healthcare, then also the requirements that are needed to open a medical center and the functions to be carried out in it. Of course, the last thing I will talk about will be in relation to Social Security around Spain, which is linked to Health.
