Diagnóstico de los bienes del patrimonio histórico-cultural del municipio Zamora, como atractivos turísticos del Estado Aragua

Abstract

Diagnostica la situación actual de los bienes que conforman al patrimonio histórico-cultural del Municipio Zamora, Estado Aragua, Venezuela. La Investigación es descriptiva y de campo, comprendió la elaboración de un inventario de los bienes inmuebles, festividades religiosas y manifestaciones artesanales del municipio. Se estudiaron la condición física y uso actual de estos bienes y los planes y proyectos existentes. Analizó el marco normativo que los rige. Se obtuvo la opinión de los representantes de organismos públicos relacionados con la actividad turística del Municipio, de los visitantes, cronistas e historiadores. Aportes: La mayoría de los bienes se encuentran en buen estado de conservación, Las manifestaciones culturales, festividades y la artesanía se desarrollan periódicamente pero no son aprovechadas turísticamente, Se determinó que existe un marco normativo para tales bienes y No existen propuestas actuales referentes a estos bienes. Se reflejó el interés de los sectores institucional y privado para la incorporación de estos bienes a la oferta turística del Municipio y del Estado.

A diagnosis of the actual conditions of the historic and cultural patrimony located at the municipality of Zamora, state of Aragua, Venezuela was done. A descriptive research done through a survey was needed to do the inventory of the real state patrimony, religious festivities and handicraft of the municipality. The physical conditions and actual use of those elements of the patrimony were studied, as well as the plans and existing projects. The legal frame was analyzed. The representatives of the public organizations related with the touristic activity of the municipality, the visitors, historians and chronicler, gave their opinions. Results: Most of the heritages are well preserved. The cultural manifestations, festivities, and handicraft are fairly performed but they are not used for the tourism purpose. There is a wide legal frame related with this patrimony. No plans were found for this historic heritage. The opinions determined that there is no public and private participation, but these sectors showed their interest in including the historic and cultural patrimony to the touristic offer of the municipality and the state.
