Revisión teórica: Comparativa régimen jurídico en diferentes países europeos

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado, ha tenido como objetivo realizar un análisis de las leyes educativas vigentes en los países de la Unión Europea cuyas calificaciones destacan frente a otros países. En especial, se centra en el estudio de las marcas académicas de estudiantes en los ciclos que componen la Educación Primaria. Tras haber hecho un estudio sobre el régimen jurídico vigente actualmente en España, es importante estudiar la ley de educación que se está desarrollando en nuestro país. Pues, será el punto de comparación con los otros países elegidos de la Unión Europea debido a las marcas obtenidas en los informes PISA. Por lo tanto, tras seleccionar los países de la Unión Europea que destacan por su educación, se han examinado las leyes educativas de estos países. Estonia, Finlandia, Dinamarca y Alemania. A partir de un breve estudio sobre docentes, aulas, innovaciones educativas y funcionamiento de los centros educativos en estos países, podremos llegar a una conclusión sobre cuáles son las posibles causas que hacen destacar unos resultados académicos sobre otros. Concluyendo la búsqueda de información y datos a partir de informes, revistas y otras fuentes, se ha llegado al objetivo final donde hemos podido concluir, reflexionando sobre cuáles pueden ser algunos de los motivos que causan un mejor funcionamiento de las leyes educativas implantadas en unos países por encima de otros. Así, como el qué destaca en cada una de ellas, haciéndolas diferentes y funcionando de diferente manera según el lugar donde nos encontremos y la educación que se emplee.

The objective of this Final Degree Project has been to carry out an analysis of the educational laws in force in the countries of the European Union whose qualifications stand out compared to other countries. In particular, it focuses on the study of the academic marks of students in the cycles that make up Primary Education. After having done a study on the legal regime currently in force in Spain, it is important to study the education law that is being developed in our country. Well, it will be the point of comparison with the other chosen countries of the European Union due to the marks obtained in the PISA reports. Therefore, after selecting the countries of the European Union that stand out for their education, the educational laws of these countries have been examined. Estonia, Finland, Denmark and Germany. From a brief study on teachers, classrooms, educational innovations and the functioning of educational centers in these countries, we will be able to reach a conclusion about the possible causes that make some academic results stand out over others. Concluding the search for information and data from reports, magazines and other sources, we have reached the final objective where we have been able to conclude, reflecting on what may be some of the reasons that cause a better functioning of the educational laws implemented in some countries. above others. Thus, what stands out in each of them, making them different and functioning in a different way depending on the place where we are and the education that is used.
