This Project of intervention is called “Worker Burnout” because of its relation to the comparison between workers and robots, being this characteristic one of the causes of the problem raised. The project’s main purpose is the study of the “burn-out” syndrome for workers in the healthcare field; so after my experience during the trainee programme of the Pedagogy Degree (2015/2016) which took place in ACUFADE (Caregivers and Family Relatives Association for patients suffering from Alzheimer and other dementias), I have decided to carry out this project as my main intention is to analyze the workers’ situation within the Association, paying attention to their level of work-related stress. It has been a work in which the technical and management team have collaborated both separately and in combination, with the objective of improving their quality of life by means of an intervention that takes into account five important elements of the team work (Communication, Coordination, Cooperation, Conquer, Community). The purpose of this technique is to avoid the “burn-out” syndrome for workers in this Association, not only to improve their health and well-being, but also to procure an efficient work process which strengthens the team work.
