Enseñar y aprender, el binomio sincrónimo en la era digital

Abstract

Asumiendo que la relación entre enseñanza y aprendizaje es asincrónica, se exploran en este artículo las condiciones, características y alcance de la transferencia de conocimiento en la era digital. Esta asimetría se acentúa si cabe aún más en un momento de cambio, crisis e incertidumbre que define hoy la sociedad de principio del siglo xxi. Se postula y reflexiona acerca de la necesidad de preparar y sentar las bases de una nueva enseñanza y un nuevo aprendizaje que contemple tanto las posibilidades como los recursos de la información y del conocimiento necesarios para hacer frente a las exigencias y necesidades de la sociedad y la cultura de la era digital.

Assuming that the relationship between teaching and learning lacks of synchrony, this article explores the conditions, features and scope of the transfer of knowledge in the digital age. This asymmetry is even emphasised in a moment of change, economic crisis and uncertainty that today defines the society of the beginning of the 21st century. It demands and reflects about the need of preparing and laying the foundations for a new teaching and learning. A new teaching and a new learning that considers either the possibilities or the necessary information and knowledge resources to face up to the demands and needs of the digital age society and culture.
