Derecho Civil para estudiantes de posgrado no juristas

Abstract

El profesorado de Derecho que imparte clase en un posgrado en el que el alumnado prácticamente no tiene conocimientos jurídicos tiene que emplear metodología distinta a la que utiliza habitualmente. El alumnado, ya formados en otras disciplinas, no ha elegido cursar voluntariamente esos contenidos y, en muchos casos, tiene algunas ideas preconcebidas (muchas de ellas de connotaciones negativas) de lo que es el Derecho. En este trabajo se expone la experiencia de varios años de las autoras, que se materializó en el Proyecto de Innovación Educativa «Aprendizaje de derecho por estudiantes de posgrado no juristas» del curso 2015-2016 en el Máster de Intervención Familiar y en el Máster de Mediación Familiar, Social y Comunitaria de la Universidad de La Laguna.
