Valoración de la formación continua por el colectivo docente. Perspectiva desde la pedagogía laboral

Abstract

Con este Trabajo se pretende conocer la utilidad, valoración y preferencia que tienen actualmente desde el colectivo docente de la formación continua , y a su vez conocer y detectar las necesidades formativas en relación a su práctica docente y la valoración que hacen de la formación inicial y la práctica de su quehacer laboral. La investigación realizada resume, a través de metodología cualitativa, la valoración y grado de utilidad, junto con las preferencias en la formación del profesorado para el desarrollo de su actividad docente. A su misma vez, tratamos de conocer los intereses formativos de este colectivo y cómo aplican la formación recibida a su práctica diaria. With Work we intend to know the usefulness, the evaluation and the preference that the documents of the ongoing formation have at the moment, and in turn to know and to detect the formative necessities in relation to its teaching practice and the valuation that Make the Initial Formation and teaching practice. The research carried out summarizes, through qualitative methodology, the evaluation and degree of utility, together with the preferences in the professional's training for the development of their teaching activity. At the same time, treatments to know the formative interests of teachers and how they apply the training received to their works activities.
