RT info:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesis T1 Revisión Bibliográfica de los Programas de Mediación Escolar en España en el contexto de la educación secundaria: Obstáculos y beneficios A1 López Garnier, Elena K1 Mediación escolar K1 convivencia K1 programa K1 conflicto AB The present research aims at the goal of knowing the results of the diverse school mediationprograms that have been developed in Spain, in the field of educación secundaria, in order toexpress the benefits of mediation as an alternative measure for the resolution of conflicts in theschool context.Firstly, the basic and fundamental concepts of the theme are framed; and also the situationof school mediation in Spain and it’s current legislation. Subsequently, the methodology used toconduct this theoretical review is developed, explaining, afterwards, the results of most interestfrom each article consulted, and presenting, thus, the corresponding discussions of the authors.Finally, the main conclusions are presented; obtained from the information gatheredthroughout the research. Amongst them, mediation as a positive resource is highlighted, whichhelps to favour cohabitation and to optimize the functioning of the school centres; in addition topromote critical capacities, assertiveness and empathy within the educational community.
