AB The employment constitutes the base in the human´s socialization. When it carriesout the transition´s process from the students world to the labour world it producesseveral changes at a personal and social level that affects both the person and alsohis enviroment. Disability people in a general way hasn´t got the same facility toexperiment this socialization´s process, although they have the same rights thanpeolple without disability they can´t enjoy a full labour embedded. Since thepsychopedagogy intervention, it has carried out some proposal to improve theirembedded, for instances Empleo Con Apoyo (ECA), where the disability person isaccompanied, which is about a transition to the labour market. In fact, in this FinalMáster Project it is represented a review´s study with the aim to identify thedifferent programmes that has implemented in the Spanish State based in theEmpleo con Apoyo. The results of this project should show a reference for thedesign of educational intervetions and conselors aimed to improve the transition´sprocesses of the disability people.
