The traditional model ofteaching, based solely on theoretical content and knowledge based primarily onmemory, does not respond to the demands of 21st century education. The school oftoday requires active learning with students who are more involved, motivated andinterested in their own education, and with an experimental, practical and connectedknowledge of the reality in which they live. This didactic revolution is closely related tothe inclusion of active methodologies and new technologies in educational centers.
