AB This Project addresses, as its title suggests, work absenteeism inSpain. This is a comprehensive analysis of this subject, in wich its legalregime in the Spanish Constitution and subsequent legislative developmentin the Workers’ Statute will be studied, including collective agreements andjurisprudence. In addition, emphasis will be placed on the different formsos absenteeism, its main causes and consequences, and innovativemechanisms for reducing it.
