AB Analysis of the evolution of the figure of euthanasia from the beginningof history to the present day with special attention in the convictions ofthe most relevant authors, both pro-euthanasia and against. Goingthrough the most outstanding arguments about the positions in favorand against this figure today as a protected legal asset, as well as theexemplification of the most controversial cases that have broughtsociety closer to worry about the possible legalization of euthanasia.Paying special attention to the importance of the fundamental right tolife questioning if it is possible for people to have a disposition about it,to decide when we want it to end and if it can be requested anddemanded by the State to participate in the wishes of the person whoclaims it.
