AB This work is based on a business plan for the creation and implementation of abusiness idea that consists of a candy store - bookshop specializing in German products called"Literally Sweet", divided into two areas. One, common, destined to the consumption of sweetsmainly, acclimated with a musical thread of the 70´s and 80´s and another contiguous dedicatedto the reading, where the customers will be able to read their own books or of the company whilethey taste the products. Located in the city of Puerto de la Cruz, it is mainly focused on foreigntourists with a certain level of income who want to have breakfast or a snack in a well-lit, quietand cozy place.
