AB Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is the intermediate step between normal aging and dementia. Currently there are no pharmacological treatments that prevents the progression of MCI to Alzheimer's disease, so by using non-pharmacological therapies is trying to reverse the MCI and prevent the onset of dementia. According to scientific evidence, physical exercise is a fundamental tool to solve this problem on a global scale, so this prevention program proposes a series of exercises that improve the cognitive function of individuals with MCI.
