AB This innovation work is aimed at developing physical education classes in a different way thanthe traditional one.What is intended is to use a new methodology, Flipped Classroom, wherestudents by themselves and independently at home, libraries or anywhere with Internet access,use the virtual platform, in this case a blog,that contains each and every one of the contents andactivities that will be discussed and carried out in the classroom during the school year. In thisway, students will be involved in the teaching-learning process of the subject and will take fulladvantage of the sessions to be taught. At the same time, it is attributed responsibility to theeducating making it the protagonist of his own learning.
