AB Unfair terms have been introduced in most of loan contracts withmortgage and, due to the transcendence that have caused, we will approach itsevolution in most frequent clauses of our legal system, exposing itselfs, itsconsequences and effects in each concrete case.Will be analyzed the differents ways of asserting consumers their rightsand interests, either going to courts of Justice or going to the entity to get anagreement for the purposes of decrease expenses that cause the judicial process.
