AB The Final Degree Proyect has a main objective to analyze and to explain thedifferent variants of anticipated retirement, with their respectivecharasteristics of each of them. Starting first by the analysis anddifferentation of the concepts “old age” and retirement. This will allow us todefine the object to be develop during the exhibition. Continuing with abrief review of the historical evolution of Social Security from thebeginninng to the present. This way we observe the process that has reachedthe current anticipated retirement. After delimiting and reviewing theevolution of Social Security, the essential point is reached, which would bebased on the analisys of each of the anticipated retirement variants, withtheir different characteristics between each of them accompanied bydifferent resolutions that will allow us the scope of the regulations. And wewill conclude with the consequences of charging for the provision ofanticipated retirement.
